Without prevention or intervention, abused and neglected children become vulnerable to nearly every terrible thing you can imagine. Instability, trauma, and the absence of a loving family make them prey for sex traffickers, gang leaders, and drug dealers. And, these kids almost always repeat the abuses they’ve learned. And the cycle continues. Something must be done… At Olive Crest, we will not rest until there are zero reports of abuse, and the pool of children waiting to be loved in a strong family is nonexistent. With your help, we can end child abuse once and for all by preventing it in the first place, reclaiming young lives in crisis, and restoring families to health. Since 1973, Olive Crest has transformed the lives of over 130,000 abused, neglected, and at-risk children and their families. It has grown to become a leader in the prevention and treatment of child abuse, serving over 1,000 children and families each day in Orange County. Olive Crest works tirelessly to meet the individual needs of kids in crisis by providing safe homes, counseling, and education for both youth and parents. Our many innovative programs reflect our conviction that strengthening the family is one of the most powerful ways to help heal children. With unwavering compassion, the Olive Crest family maintains a lifelong commitment to the youth and families we serve even after they have graduated from our programs.
