Brian Davis is a Founding Principal of the Law Offices of Brian M. Davis, a full service business transactional and civil litigation law firm, representing local and international clients of all sizes. Such clients include international beverage and bottling companies, AARP, international hearing healthcare companies, commercial real estate developers and investors, foreign software firms, and institutional and private lenders. Brian was a Davies’ Scholar and graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco, a Catholic Jesuit university, in 2002 with a B.S. in Business. He later attained his J.D. from USF, as well, in 2005 – finishing his last year of law school at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
In early 2011, frustrated with the lack of leadership and philanthropy in the community with his generation, Brian brought together a collection of close friends in the Orange County business community and founded what is now called the LEAD OC.
The founding LEAD OC members committed themselves to establishing a platform for the development of Orange County’s next civic and business leaders.
In 2012 he was named one of OC Metro’s 40 Under 40 (Orange County’s top 40 professionals under the age of 40). Also in 2012, Brian was invited to join the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters Orange County, which he proudly serves on today.
Brian is a native of Orange County, growing up in Huntington Beach, California, and working for the City of Huntington Beach as an ocean Lifeguard through college and law school. Brian is an avid surfer and triathlete, recently completing his first full-Ironman. During football season you can find him, his wife Megan, and their young son Nolan on the 50 yard line at the Rose Bowl.
